| More Info | For this one-time performance, MUSE has invited special guests,Dreams of Hope from Pittsburgh to join us for a portion of the concert. Dreams of Hope [DOH] is an exciting and multifaceted performance group of lesbian, gay, bisexual transgendered and straight allied youth ranging in age from 13-21. Founded in 2003, DOH performs nationally for diverse audiences promoting positive role models for and educating around issues facinglesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgendered [LGBT] youth.
Carefully selected repertoire will reflect MUSE’s rich range of inspirational and stirring social change music. We will sing of “true colors”; of “loving whomever you please” and recognizing that though we may have differences…. “doesn’t your heart beat the same as mine?” There will be humorous moments and multi-media. The children of MUSE will take the stage with their mothers, grandmothers, aunts and friends for their traditional song and there will be many old favorites.
