Our speaker next Tuesday (March 8) will be attorney Scott Knox. He works frequently with gay, lesbian, and transgendered people to prepare legal protections to respect and protect their relationships as well as generally addressing gay/lesbian/transgender / HIV legal issues. As usual, we meet at Mt Auburn Presbyterian Church, 7 pm social, 7:30 meeting. After introductions, announcements and the program we break into small groups and share our stories. Applications for the PFLAG Cincinnati scholarships must be submitted by April 15. This year's awards will be for $2500. For application materials click on Scholarship Info on the left side of the web site. The awards recognize outstanding gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, intersex and straight supportive students in the local community who will be attending college or university during the 2011-2012 academic year.
